City Clinic

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Scope

This policy covers City Clinic's public website and Alfred, a personal-assistance application used by its account owner. Alfred is separate from City Clinic's clinical record systems and does not use Google Gmail or Calendar access to manage patient records.

Google Gmail and Calendar data

When the account owner connects Google, Alfred accesses Gmail and Google Calendar only with that owner's permission. It uses the requested data to provide personal email and calendar assistance, including summaries, reminders, drafts and scheduling support.

Google user data is not sold. It is not used for advertising. It is not shared with third parties except where the account owner explicitly directs Alfred to use a connected service to provide a requested feature.

Storage, access and retention

Access tokens and locally retained assistance data are kept on systems controlled by the account owner. The account owner can revoke Google access from their Google Account security settings and can request deletion of locally retained assistance data by contacting us.

Clinical information

The public website does not collect clinical records. Patients should not send medical records or urgent clinical information through general website contact channels. City Clinic handles patient information through its clinical systems and in accordance with applicable obligations.
